Wonderful. Perfect - like a week's holiday! Brilliant, really nourishing. A wonderful singing experience Loved it all and especially the variety of music. Very much a cooperative, inclusive approach. Lovely range of repertoire I have been to four other singing workshop/holidays and this was by far the most enjoyable. Catering was fabulous, all dietary needs catered for without fuss. Delicious the food of a high restaurant standard. Divine flavours and grateful for the delicious vegetarian options. Trewidden is a great venue with scope for different activities in different rooms. So relaxed and comfy and warm. So lucky to be next to such wonderful gardens with the magnolias flowering in March. |

Cost:
The cost of this singing holiday ranges from £205 to £485 depending on your accommodation choice.
Residents staying at Trewidden House:
Includes: accommodation, singing, food, hot drinks, snacks, music & lyrics, and access to Trewidden Gardens.
How booking works:
- Good singing, good food and good company in an elegant local stately home with stunning grounds.
- Maximum 21 singers comprising up to 14 residential places and 7 'Day Singers'.
- At least 10 hours of taught harmony singing sessions over the 3 days.
- For residential singers, all meals and refreshments included.
- Day singers - all meals and refreshments (except breakfast) included - and it's possible to join us for breakfast if you wish - just let me know.
- Delicious meals (including celebration supper on Wednesday evening) cooked by top local chef Justin Ashton - who caters seamlessly for all dietary needs and preferences.
- Plenty of space and free time in the afternoon for small group singing, informal music making, exploring the grounds and gardens, time out and relaxation
- We will sing a variety of songs over the holiday with teaching by ear, with lyrics and with scores available where appropriate.
- There is no need to read music, however, due to the small number of singers, this holiday is best suited for singers who enjoy singing unaccompanied (SATB) harmony songs and are confident to be able to hold their part with 3 or 4 other voices.

Residents staying at Trewidden House:
Includes: accommodation, singing, food, hot drinks, snacks, music & lyrics, and access to Trewidden Gardens.
- £375 per person for 2 singers sharing a room: beds can be 'ordered' to be made up as twin or super-king double (all singers reported them to be very comfortable).
- £270 for non-singing partner sharing a room - includes accommodation and all catering
- £485 Single occupancy of a double / twin room (v. limited availability)
- £205 per person includes: 10+ hours of full ensemble singing, chef-cooked Suppers, Lunches and Celebration Dinner, hot drinks & refreshments, music /lyrics.
How booking works:
- Please complete the form below if you would like to request a place.
- I will then do my best to match accommodation requests with what's available ... while providing a balance across voice parts.
- I will write to everyone who has requested a place to confirm whether you have a place as soon as possible, certainly by the end of Thursday 16th January - or sooner if all places are filled.
- Full payment will then be due by BACs to confirm your place (unfortunately it is not possible to offer reduced rates for this event).
- A note: the Singing Holidays I have offered over the last 4 years have so far always been over-subscribed and filled quickly ... so do request a place asap if you are keen.
